1-3: 10 DB Thrusters or Goblet squat

4-7: 10 Burpees

8-11: 5 DB Thrusters+5 Burpees

12-15: 6 DB Thrusters+6 Burpees

16-19: 7 Thrusters+ 7 Burpees
