Our class Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 5AM, 9:30AM, 11AM, 4PM, 5PM, 6PM
Saturday: 9AM, 10AM, 11AM
Barbell: Tuesday 5PM (Virtual), Thursday 12PM, Saturday 12PM & 1PM
Gymnastics: Saturday 8AM
Comp Train: Sunday 10AM – 12PM
Due to the limited capacity, You will be required to sign up for classes online prior to coming to the gym.

***SIGN UPS FOR TOMORROWS CLASSES WILL START 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME***

The health and safety of our athletes and coaches is our TOP PRIORITY please keep the following key points in mind as you return to the gym:
Each Athlete will have answered/acknowledged the COVID-19 Questionnaire and Waiver prior to signing up for classes. There will be no walk-in/drop-in athletes allowed to attend classes
No visitors allowed in the building
All Athletes will enter thru the front door, and to exit through the back door
There will be limited capacity and space for people in the building
Maintain social distancing
Wipe down any equipment or implements being used
