I grew up pursuing my own athletic passions in the world of gymnastics. I was involved in high level competitive gymnastics for 10 years. In tandem with competing, I was also a gymnastics coach for kids of all ages. I coached levels from preschool to competitive team gymnastics before, during, and after college. I graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Business Sociology: Human Relations and Personnel. While completing my degree I also put my love for tumbling and gymnastics to good use as a collegiate PAC-12 cheerleader, competing nationally. I also played recreational softball and flag football. After finishing my bachelor’s degree, I headed back to my gymnastic roots and worked at my home gym as the Business Operations manager for Cascade Elite Gymnastics in Mount Lake terrace, Washington. Since then, I have gone on to complete my Masters in Business Administration, and took a detour from my athletic passions to pursue a career in the corporate world. A little over a year ago, after stepping away from gymnastics to pursue my career, I decided it was time to find an outlet for my competitive and active drive and stumbled into CrossFit. With my familiarity in gymnastics, and desire to tackle something new, different, and challenging, CrossFit was a natural fit for me. I love the athletic camaraderie, high intensity, and passion of our athletes, and having the opportunity to help our clients meet their personal fitness goals.
