Our 6 week Challenge program is an introductory class for women who are looking to become healthier, stronger and learn the basics of CrossFit. Our program meets three times a week to teach a combination of the fundamentals covering weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio. We focus on proper technique and form while pushing your metabolic threshold in a safe and fun environment. An intro to healthy nutrition is also covered in this class. Our program runs roughly every 2 months. Please contact us to see our schedule!
