Happy Wednesday to you all, we have some upcoming schedule changes that we all need to be aware of!

Memorial Day Weekend: We have a regular schedule thru Saturday May 27th. Monday May 29th we will be doing Murph! We will have one class time at 9AM and will do one large heat!

The following weekend, Saturday June 3rd, the gym is CLOSED. Friday will be regular class hours, and we will have regular class hours Monday June 5th.

It is that time of the year again where schedule changes are occurring, and this month we have a few things on the horizon.

The first is our next 6 week introductory program! On Tuesday May 16th we begin our next beginners program. This is the starting point for anyone and everyone looking to get started with CrossFit, or anyone looking to get back into CrossFit. The program is for anyone no matter your ability. Class size is limited, so make sure you sign up now! For questions feel free to give us a call, shoot us an email, or stop on in!

The other event on the horizon is the Monday of Memorial Day we will be hosting "Murph". We do this each year and this year is no different! We will have one class at 9AM that Monday and everyone is encouraged to come give Murph a go! Mark your calendars everybody!
