July 3rd marks the anniversary of a true PCF legends passing. For those who were blessed with the opportunity to know and workout next to Jody Wold her love for life, compassion for others and never-ending endurance will not be forgotten!!! This coming Saturday we will be doing a memorial workout in honor of Jody. Please come out and celebrate her life doing something Jody loved, throwing down at PCF. You’re forever in our hearts Jody!
